We adopted Charlie Mother's Day Weekend, a little early, considering we were all still in school.  However, patience on both Charlie's part and our part, has paid off.  Summer vacation is about to begin.  We get out of school, Charlie goes to school!  Charlie is about 4 1/2 months old, Tan & Black.  Best guess so far is German Shepherd/Boxer mix, although possibly retriever.  We'll see.  We are not sure how big Charlie will be yet either.  Today I decided it might be fun to document "things we learn from our puppy, Charlie!"

Puppies are like babies.  If they eat & drink and you immediately put them in the car, they are likely to experience an upset tummy.  This does not make for a pleasant car ride and can be very distracting to the driver!

Today, I learned that it is not a good idea to squat in front of Charlie to give him attention while holding a full cup of coffee at his eye level.  We both walked away wearing half of my coffee!

Charlie is male and thus enjoys TV and currently enjoys the NBA playoffs!
